WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH A PIVOTAL SUBSCRIPTION?

  • 1,500 miles per month driving allowance
  • Main driver + 1 additional named driver
  • 3-month minimum initial commitment. After that, pause any time with 14 days notice
  • The option to update your vehicle as often as every 6 months (subject to vehicle supply)
  • £500 to update more frequently if you require (subject to vehicle supply)
  • Driving in the EU (permitted when you give us advance written notice)
  • International licences accepted for main drivers
  • Home delivery and collection at no additional cost
  • Fully comprehensive insurance + the option to bolt on an excess waiver
  • Servicing and maintenance included through normal use
  • Wear & tear cover (aligned with the BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standard)
  • 24/7 Roadside Assistance and our team of Pivotal experts on hand for day-to-day support.

Subscription is fast becoming the popular alternative to traditional financing, where everything is covered under one convenient monthly payment. Go month-to-month in your chosen car and pause at any time after the initial 3-month period. When you subscribe, your car works around you, not the other way around.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PIVOTAL MEMBER?

The cars available through Pivotal are high-quality, luxury vehicles. In return for an amazing driving experience, we ask that you take good care of your Pivotal vehicle. This includes being mindful of safety and security at all times.

We understand that damage can occur while driving which is why we will look after you with our Fair Wear and Tear policy aligned with the BVRLA. And if any vehicle issues do arise, we will always help you manage these, working with Roadside Assistance and our dealer network.
