How it works

We understand that switching to a vehicle subscription might feel overwhelming at first. Rest assured, we’re here to guide you through every step of the process, and it’s just as simple as any other subscription you’re used to.

Here’s a run down of how it works

Express your interest

Start by reaching out to us to express your interest in our service. You can do this through our website.

Subscription Consultation

Once we’ve received your interest, a member of our team will reach out via phone or email to discuss your subscription needs and vehicle preferences within one working day. During this conversation, we’ll guide you through our process to ensure we understand your requirements fully.

Eligibility Checks & Joining fee

We’ll conduct a series of quick eligibility checks to ensure you meet our criteria. These checks are designed to be straightforward and efficient. They include verifying your identification, assessing your affordability, and reviewing your driving history. After successfully passing the eligibility process, there is a one-time joining fee of £550 (incl VAT).

Vehicle Allocation

Following payment of your joining fee, a member of our team will contact you to discuss vehicle availability, lead times or to allocate a vehicle. While we strive to match you with your preferred vehicle model and specification, availability may vary.

Vehicle Delivery

Once your vehicle is allocated, we’ll be in touch to confirm arrangements and deliver it to your doorstep. You’re then free to drive!

Subscription flexibility

Throughout your subscription, our team will be on hand to assist you with any inquiries you may have. We will occasionally contact you during your subscription to see how things are going and to advise you of your options, subject to your preferences and circumstances.

Our aim is to ensure a smooth and flexible journey for you, whether you need to change to a different model, add an additional subscription, if eligible, or pause your subscription.

You can choose to pause your subscription after an initial period of 3 months with at least 14 days’ notice. Whatever your needs, our team will advise you and discuss the next steps.
