Reporting damage
To report damage we need specific details to assess the issue accurately. Please provide the following information:
Affected panels / areas
Specify which parts of the vehicle are damaged (e.g., front bumper, left rear door, windshield).

Description of the damage
Describe the type of damage (e.g., dent, scuff, scratch, scrape).
Cause of damage
If known, explain how the damage occurred, including relevant details such as incidents with other vehicles, objects, or environmental factors.
Required images (vehicle must be clean)
- Wide-angle shot: One image showing the entire vehicle’s condition (e.g., full side view).
- Close-up shot: At least one image clearly showing the damaged area.
- Multiple angles: At least two additional images capturing the damage from different perspectives.
Providing this information ensures our fleet team can assess and respond to the issue quickly and accurately.
Image quality
Below are examples of both good and poor image submissions for reference. Please ensure your images are clear and well-lit to help with accurate assessment.
Good
Images include a clean vehicle showcased from multiple angles
Poor
Images include dirty vehicle, sun glare, and the same angle shots highlighting the damage.
