Pivotal Rewards

You will earn reward points for each monthly subscription fee payment you make, and each time you refer a friend who is eligible for the Pivotal service and active for at least 12 months.

Earning points:

Earn rate: A member will earn 1 point per £1 spent with us.
Refer a friend: For every friend that you refer, you will earn 12,500 points, your friend will earn 12,500.

Spending points: every 100 Pivotal Reward points is worth £1 in redemption.

Example 1: If you have spent £15,000 with us, this equals 15,000 reward points, which can be redeemed off your bill for £150.
Example 2: If you subscribe to the Range Rover Evoque and pay £950.00 per month, you will receive 950 points per month.

The reward points can be taken off your monthly subscription fee, allowing you to enjoy discounted rates simply by being a loyal member of Pivotal.

You must have been a member of Pivotal for a minimum of 12 months before you can start to redeem reward points.

Pivotal Rewards is only applicable to personal subscriptions.

Point may on ly be earned on up to three subscriptions at a time. 

You’ll receive quarterly statements informing you of your current points balance and how much you are able to redeem if you wish to do so. If you would like to know how many points you have in between the quarterly statements, then please feel free to reach out to the team who will be able to tell you by emailing [email protected] or calling us on 020 8038 2590.

All tiers receive the same earn rate of points. The only aspect that affects your points is how long you’ve been with Pivotal. For example:

• For your first year with us, you will earn 1 Pivotal Reward Points per pound you spend,
• In your second year with us, you will earn 2 Pivotal Reward Points per pound spend.
• In your third year with us, you will earn 3 Pivotal Reward Points per pound you spend.

And so on.

Pivotal Members can redeem Pivotal Reward Points against their monthly subscription fee.

Pivotal Reward Points may be spent in 5,000 increments. Eg if you have 17,500 points, 15,000 points may be redeemed in one go.

In each quarterly statement, we’ll direct you to a page where you can inform us if and how many points you’d like to redeem, and this will be automatically deducted from your next subscription invoice (given you let us know at least 10 days before your next invoice). If you wish to redeem your points in between the quarterly statements, then please feel free to get in touch with the team via [email protected] or +44 (0) 20 3950 4833, who will be able to action this for you.

If you pause your subscriptions for 3 months or longer, your earn rate will revert to one point per £1 spent (regardless of number of invoices paid or the applicable earn rate at the time of pausing your subscription).

Your Reward Points will remain active and accessible to you for a period of 24 months from the date of your last invoice. You are able to redeem your Reward Points provided you resume your subscription within 24 months of your last invoice. If you do not resume a subscription within 24 months of your last invoice, then your Reward Points will be cancelled.

If you cancel your subscription, your Reward Points will be forfeited. You will not be able to redeem any points on your final invoice.

No there’s no additional cost to participating in our loyalty programme. This is simply a thank you from Pivotal for being a member.

• This Pivotal Reward Program is only applicable to personal subscriptions, and not business subscriptions.
• Points may be redeemed after the member has been with Pivotal for 12 months.
• Reward Points cannot be donated, gifted, inherited, sold or transferred between memberships.
• If you pause your subscriptions for 3 months or longer, your earn rate will revert to one point per £1 spent (regardless of number of invoices paid or the applicable earn rate at the time of pausing your subscription).
• Reward Points will remain active and accessible to you for a period of 24 months from the date of your last invoice for subscription fees. You are able to redeem your Reward Points provided you resume your subscription within 24 months of your last invoice for subscription fees. If you do not resume a subscription within 24 months of your last invoice for subscription fees then your Reward Points will be cancelled.
• We expect you to pay your subscription fees on time. You will not earn any Reward Points for any invoices for subscription fees which you pay in instalments or after the due date.
• If you are subject to a driving ban due to a driving offence, you will immediately forfeit all accrued Reward Points.
• If Pivotal terminates your Membership Agreement or Subscription Agreement due to a breach, you will immediately forfeit all accrued Reward Points.
• If you are subject to a criminal conviction (non-driving offence) involving the use of any Pivotal vehicle, you will immediately forfeit all accrued Reward Points.
• We reserve the right to make changes to this Pivotal Reward Program rules, rates and operation of this Pivotal Reward Program at our sole discretion. In the event that we decide to terminate this Pivotal Reward Program, we will give you no less than 3 months prior written notice and you will be able to redeem your Reward Points against your subscription fees for a period of 24 months from the date of termination of this Pivotal Reward Program.
• If you are a new or existing customer holding a personal subscription then will be enrolled onto this Pivotal Reward Program automatically unless you opt out at the time of signing up to a membership as per the Membership Agreement.
• Reward Points cannot be redeemed for any fees except vehicle subscription fees (i.e. re-fuel cost, collection cost, damage cost etc).
• In the event that Pivotal issues a full refund on an invoice, you will not earn any Reward Points. In the event that Pivotal issues a partial refund, you will only earn Reward Points on the amount retained by Pivotal. Where Reward Points have already been awarded on a transaction that is later refunded (either in part or in full), the equivalent Reward Points will be removed from your account accordingly.
