1. Participation
The Customer Survey is offered for a limited time, by Inmotion Ventures 3 Limited (trading as “Pivotal”) with its registered address at Abbey Road, Whitley, Coventry, England, CV3 4LF, and company number 10445040 (referred to as “Us,” “We,” “Our,” or “Pivotal”).
By participating in this survey, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 25 or over at the time of entry.
To be eligible, participants must:
- have an active subscription with Pivotal;.
- complete the entire survey, answering all questions, and receive a confirmation message as proof of completion within the Entry Period (defined below); and
- be over 28 years of age at the time of completing the Customer Survey
Employees of InMotion Ventures 3 Limited, Pivotal, Oakley Court, and their immediate family members or anyone directly involved with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The survey will commence on or after 3rd March 2025 and remain open until 11th March 2025 (the “Entry Period”), Any submissions received after the Entry Period will not be eligible for the prize but may still be used for research purposes.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following:
– 1x two-night stay at Oakley Court Hotel located at Windsor Rd, Water Oakley, Windsor SL4 5UR, including breakfast, dinner and accommodation for two (2) nights (“Partner Prize”)
Prize Conditions:
The two-night stay must be used consecutively and cannot be split across multiple stays.
The two-night stay may be subject to blackout dates, availability restrictions, and booking policies set by Oakley Court. Please review the terms and conditions provided by Oakley Court at the time of redeeming the voucher provided by us.
The two-night stay must be redeemed before 1st September 2025 or as per Oakley Court’s terms and conditions.
The two-night stay is to be booked directly with Oakley Court through Oakley Court’s booking team, Pivotal will supply the correspondence details with the winner upon confirmation of the win.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred during their stay (e.g., drinks).
5. Partner Prize Terms & Conditions
Although the Prize will be sent to the winner by Us (via email or post), the Oakley Court Hotel’s terms and conditions will apply to the redemption, use, and delivery of the prize.
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that:
We are not responsible for any issues related to the quality, availability, use or redemption of the Prize.
Any correspondence regarding the Prize (e.g., booking or availability inquiries) should be directed to Oakley Court.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random using an online random selector tool after the entry period has closed.
The draw will take place no later than 11th March 2025.
7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be contacted via email before 18th March 2025.
The winner must respond within five (5) working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) with:
- their account details for Pivotal (for prize verification); and
- postal address (if the prize is to be sent physically).
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, We reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data Protection
By entering the survey, you consent to Us collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
Your data will be used solely for research purposes and prize administration.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil/redeem the Prize.
Survey responses may be anonymized for analysis.
9. Liability
We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in this survey or the acceptance and use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for the administration of this survey is limited to £50.
We are not responsible for any technical failures or errors that may affect participation or Prize delivery.
10. Amendments & Cancellation
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this prize draw if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes will be communicated via email.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond Our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions).
