You are invited by InMotion Ventures 3 Limited (“IMV3L”), trading as Pivotal and THE OUT, to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed (the “Festival”) scheduled on 13.07.2025 (the “Date”) at Goodwood House, West Sussex, PO18 0PH England. Whilst entry tickets to the Festival were bought by InMotion Ventures 3 Limited (“IMV3L”), we are giving away these tickets to our valuable customers. These tickets remain subject to THE OUT and Pivotal’s terms and conditions, as applicable. In addition to our terms and conditions, Goodwood’s terms and conditions, (including the terms and conditions set out below), shall apply (which remain subject to change):

(Collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Subject to your agreement with these Terms and Conditions, please confirm your attendance by completing the form below before 08^th July 2025. By completing the form you enter into a legally binding contract with IMV3L and your acceptance to attend the Festival will be treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you wish to cancel your agreement, we require a 72-hours advance notice before the Date (the “Deadline”). Cancellation notice must be sent to the email address referenced above. Any cancellation notices after the Deadline will incur a one-off fee of £500.

By confirming your attendance at the Festival, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with IMV3L. Please note that the Ticket to the Festival is personal to you and cannot be assigned to another person. Please note that travel, parking, accommodation or any other direct, indirect or ancillary costs associated with your attendance of the Festival shall be borne by you for all intents and purposes.

Just be aware as per Goodwood Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that at such events photographs and moving images may be taken by Goodwood or by others acting on Goodwood’s behalf as well as by other members of the public. Your image and that of any of your guests (if applicable) may be included either deliberately or accidentally in such photographs and moving images. By attending the Festival, you agree to release and assign to Goodwood (and agree to procure the release and assignment by all of your guests) permission to license all images, whether still or moving, and to use such images, as well as any associated sound recordings, in any media for any purpose which may include, amongst others, reporting, advertising, promotion, marketing and publicity for any product, service or future event. You agree (and agree to procure the agreement of all of your guests) that any images may be combined with other images, graphics or text (including your name), cropped, edited, altered or modified. You further agree (and agree to procure the agreement of all of your guests) that Goodwood will have all rights to such images and associated sound recordings in perpetuity and that Goodwood is not liable for any further payment, consideration, accounting or further claim for any reason.
